The Spot

The Spot at Tuxedo Point is located southwest of downtown Winnipeg. The building features several luxury amenities for you to enjoy during your free time. For example, there is a large community green space, complete with walking paths. In addition, there is a rooftop terrace that overlooks the city when the sun sets below the horizon. The Spot at Tuxedo Point also features a fully equipped two-story gym, with free classes and professional fitness coaches on site.

All apartments are fully furnished and come with an equipped kitchen. There are 2 and 3 bedroom units available for rent at The Spot. The apartments have an open-concept layout and are extremely spacious, therefore they are suitable for both short and long-term stays.

The rent includes all the utilities (electricity, water, heating), and High-Speed Wireless Internet. It is a fully equipped apartment with an HD Smart TV (not cable), In-suite Laundry facilities, and there is 24/7 Emergency Line Help.
