Amenities in this downtown condo are shared with Neo condominiums and include an indoor pool, a cardio room, a well-equipped gymnasium and a gorgeous roof top garden.

Convenience: CityPlace is in the heart of downtown, so there is plenty close by, but once you get home to Montage, you don't even need to go out for groceries - there's a Sobeys right downstairs. You'll also find several banks and a Metropolitan Pharmacy just steps away. Unique amenities: You'll find a climbing wall and a karaoke room here. Children have a special theatre screening room. And you can play whatever game you chose, from poker to mahjong in the card room. There's also a dance floor. Even the swimming pool is noticeably larger than what's on offer in most condo buildings. Surprisingly, and an added plus, maintenance fees at Montage are well below average for CityPlace.
