Princess Towers

Because of our strategic location at 401 Princess Street near Division, the majority of our residents are Queens University students or faculty who have less than a 10-minute walk to Queens. One of the largest grocery stores in the region, and the Public Transit community bus stop are across the street from us. Numerous convenience stores, charming boutiques, upscale cafes, eclectic specialty shops, bustling restaurants, and vibrant bars are nearby.  The Kingston General Hospital is a 17-minute walk, the downtown waterfront 15-minutes, and Victoria Park is 5-minutes. Many of our kitchens have been renovated recently, but others are dated. We have a number of cameras and building security features and equipment. Although we have vehicle parking, related expenses such as parking fees, gas, insurance, and monthly bus passes are reduced by living in the central business district, and our bike storage is free.
